This document outlines common and advanced questions related to orders, shipping, exchanges, and policies at UNARCHIVE STUDIOS.

1. What is UNARCHIVE STUDIOS?

UNARCHIVE STUDIOS is a design-led clothing label focused on material, construction, and form. Each

release is produced in limited quantities and designed for long-term wear.

2. Are your products limited edition?

Yes. Most products are released in limited runs, and restocks are not guaranteed.

3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No. All orders must be prepaid at checkout.

4. How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders are dispatched within 1–4 business days. Delivery takes approximately 5–7 business days after dispatch.

5. Can delivery timelines change?

Yes. Delivery timelines may extend during peak periods or logistical disruptions. Delivery by a specific date is not guaranteed.

6. Do you offer free or express shipping?

No. Free shipping and express delivery are not available.

7. What is your return policy?

Due to limited production, all sales are final, and refunds are not offered.

8. Can I exchange my order?

Yes. Exchanges can be requested within 3 days of delivery, subject to eligibility and availability.

9. What if my exchange size or product is unavailable?

If unavailable, store credit will be issued instead of an exchange.

10. Is there a fee for exchanges?

A flat handling fee of Rs.100 per product applies.

11. What if my order is returned to origin (RTO)?

Logistics charges for forward and reverse shipping will be deducted before any refund or store credit.

12. How do I know which size to order?

Please refer to the size guide on the product page and garment measurements.13. Will the product look exactly like the images?

Minor variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

14. How can I contact customer support?

15. Will you restock sold-out items?

Restocks are not guaranteed.

16. What happens if I enter an incorrect shipping address?

Orders returned due to incorrect address will incur logistics deductions before re-shipment or credit.

17. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

No. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed.

18. What if my package shows delivered, but I haven’t received it?

Responsibility transfers to the customer once delivery is confirmed by the courier.

19. What if I refuse delivery?

Refused deliveries are treated as RTO, and logistics charges will be deducted.

20. What if my order is delayed in transit?

Courier delays are beyond our control and do not qualify for cancellation or refunds.

21. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Contact support within 48 hours with images and order details for resolution.

22. How are store credits issued and used?

Store credits are non-transferable, non-cashable, and must be used within the validity period.

23. Can store credit be combined with discounts?

Store credits cannot be combined with promotional offers unless stated otherwise.

24. What if an item goes out of stock after I place an order?

In rare cases, the order may be cancelled and a refund or credit issued.

25. Are prices subject to change after ordering?

No. Prices confirmed at checkout are final.

26. Do you restock sizes from previous drops?

Most items will not be restocked to preserve limited availability.

27. Can I place bulk or custom orders?

Bulk or custom orders are not accepted unless announced.28. What if exchange pickup fails?

After two failed attempts, customers must self-ship the product back.

29. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, shipping is available within India only.

30. How do you ensure product authenticity?
