At UNARCHIVE STUDIOS, each piece is produced in limited quantities with a focus on material, construction, and longevity. We encourage you to review the following policy carefully before placing an order.

EXCHANGE POLICY

• Exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of the delivery date.

• Products are eligible for exchange only if:

• The garment is unworn and unused

• All original tags, labels, and security tags remain intact

• The item is returned in its original condition and packaging

• Return shipping costs for exchanges are to be borne by the customer.

WHAT CAN YOU EXCHANGE FOR?

• Exchanges are permitted for:

• A different size, or

• An alternative product of equal or higher value (subject to availability)

• All exchanges are strictly subject to stock availability.

⸻ IMPORTANT NOTES

• Due to limited production runs, all sales are final.

• Refunds are not offered.

• If the requested size or product is unavailable, a store credit will be issued in

place of an exchange.

• Store credit is non-transferable and must be used within the validity period

specified at issuance.
