Shipping Policy

At UNARCHIVE STUDIOS, we aim to process and dispatch orders efficiently while maintaining quality control across all shipments.

ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–4 business days from the date of

order confirmation.

• Made-to-order or limited-run items may require additional processing time,

which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

• During high-volume periods, promotional events, or unforeseen operationaldelays, dispatch timelines may extend beyond the standard window.

SHIPPING CHARGES

• All orders are shipped on a prepaid basis only.

• Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

DELIVERY TIMELINES

• Standard delivery timelines range between 5–7 business days after

dispatch, depending on location and courier partner.

• Delivery timelines may be extended during festive seasons, regional

disruptions, or high-load periods within logistics networks.

• UNARCHIVE STUDIOS does not guarantee delivery by a specific date under

any circumstances.

EXCHANGES & REVERSE PICKUPS

• Reverse pickup for exchanges will be attempted a maximum of two times,

subject to service availability in your area.

• If the courier partner is unable to collect the package after two attempts, the

customer will be required to ship the product back to our warehouse address at

their own cost.

• Reverse pickup availability is dependent on the serviceability of the customer’s

pincode.

• A flat handling fee of ₹100 per product will be charged for all exchanges or

returns (where applicable).

RETURN TO ORIGIN (RTO)If an order is returned to origin due to:

• Refusal of delivery

• Cancellation via OTP

• Multiple failed delivery attempts

Any applicable refund or store credit will be processed after deducting the actual

logistics costs incurred for both forward and reverse shipping.

CONDITION OF RETURNS

• Products must be returned in the same condition as shipped.

• Items returned in a used, damaged condition, or without original tags and

packaging will not be eligible for exchange or return.
